In Q1 2024, our Drug Products sites recorded only 1 lost time accident, a reduction of nearly 90% from 9 accidents in the same period in 2021. This is just one example of what can be achieved when we promote a safety mindset and are committed to improving processes to create a safe working environment for all. Across all our Siegfried sites, we strive for a culture of zero accidents, with occupational safety at the core of everything we do. In Catalonia, every April 23, the streets are crowded with people and stalls selling books and roses to celebrate the feast of the patron saint of Catalonia and to remember this tradition based on love and culture. At our Siegfried El Masnou and Siegfried Barberà sites, we celebrate Sant Jordi by giving solidarity roses prepared by Fundació Portolà and promoting book exchanges and book recommendations among employees. When I spoke at Siegfried's Annual General Meeting in Zofingen today, I was happy to tell our shareholders that we delivered another strong result in 2023. We achieved significant sales growth with strong profitability. The fact that we managed this so well, despite the loss of the high-margin vaccine business that had to be absorbed this year compared to 2022, confirms the resilience of our business model and underlines the outstanding performance of our global team. This successful year would not have been possible without the enormous commitment of our employees. The Siegfried team has once again demonstrated its strength, delivering outstanding results despite the difficult environment. I would like to wholeheartedly thank our more than 3,700 employees at all twelve locations for this great achievement. Sustainability was, and will continue to be, an important topic. We have the goal to halve our CO2 emissions by 2030, adjusted for sales. Our efforts are already bearing fruit: We have reduced our CO2 emissions by over 30% since 2020 and 71% of our electricity consumption already comes from renewable energy sources. This corresponds to the electricity consumption of almost 30,000 households in Switzerland for one year. Looking forward, I am confident about the future. Based on our proven business model we have effectively implemented the strategy in recent years. As a fully integrated pharmaceutical company, we are one of the few suppliers today that can carry out both the development and manufacturing of active ingredients and fully formulated drugs under one roof. This combination of experience and know-how is unique in the CDMO market. We will continue to expand our business and will play an active role in the further consolidation of the CDMO industry. On this basis, we expect continued profitable growth in the years to come. I am sure that we will continue Siegfried's joint success story in the future. Finally, I would like to give heartfelt thank you to Dr. Wolfgang Wienand, our outgoing CEO. We know Wolfgang as a top athlete and fighter on all fronts and he had a major influence on Siegfried's success during his time with the company. In the meantime, Siegfried will be managed by our highly experienced and proven CFO Reto Suter. I am sure that he will successfully master this task.
